Our National Mortgage Industry Presence
Cosmopolitan Funding Group’s executive leadership team includes three former presidents of the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals (OAMP) including President / Broker / CEO Cristie Stevens. Currently, CFO Joe Camarena sits on the national industry policy-making Board of Directors for the National Association of Mortgage Professionals. Corporate Relations VP Richard Horswell chairs the industry’s annual OAMP Oregon Convention. OAMP and NAMB are the recognized state and national trade associations for the industry.
New Corporate Headquarters
After transitioning from a temporary location in the Macadam neighborhood, Cosmopolitan Funding Group’s new corporate headquarters is located conveniently in the heart of the City of Portland at the crossroads of the popular Riverplace neighborhood. Ample public parking is available directly above Riverplace off Naito Parkway, and on-site access to paid parking is also available within the Riverplace Office Building. The new offices house executive, operations, and marketing staff in addition to several of mortgage centers.
Stevens Earns Business Ranking
President/CEO/Broker Cristie Stevens was honored in April 2009 with a distinction of being one of the Top 50 Women Owned Businesses in the Metropolitan Portland area. The list, which is compiled annually by the Portland Business Journal, includes entrepreneurs from numerous business types. Stevens was ranked at #40 in the list.
